Important
Note:
When
it comes to food, some dogs can be downright ugly to any dog who come near
their party food. When you are
ready to serve cake or any treats, please have owners place their dogs on a
leash. Space all dogs about 4-5 feet apart. (one neat idea is to have hula hoops to hand out to everyone
to place on ground and “mark” their dog’s territory. Hula hoops can also be used during the party for some canine
agility tricks.)
Never
allow dogs to share food from the same bowl. Always space the dogs apart.
A great dog party treat during the summer!
Ingredients:
1 quart orange juice
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients
together in a pitcher with a spout.
Carefully pour the mix into empty ice cube trays. Freeze until the pup-sicles become
solid. When ready to serve, pop
the pup-sicles out of the tray into a big serving dish and hand one to each dog
party guest.
Have some fun and hone your dog and party guest’s fetching
skills by tossing a few of these meaty treats.
